Unwanted Flashing

In access 2003 the following problem occurrs when I move my cursor over a
form in form view. If the cursor moves over an unattached label (one that is
not a label for a control) all the data showing in the text boxes of the form
flashes as if it is being refreshed. Is there any way to stop this?
