Some dimrod thought that it would be funny to send a file that he created
that placed tens of thousands of empty files throughout my system. They have
been found in program files, system, system 32, and desktop, so far. Two
attempts at system reboot were attempted, howerver, it did not work. Manually
delelted from program files and system. Positive there are files we've not
found yet. How do I eliminate all of the files he sent? At least 40,000.

Sounds like a virus or malware. Do you have any of the standard AV and
malware programs installed?

assuming that it is not an infection but
a script that you have deleted by now,
use the searching option of your file explorer.

either search by name and or the date the
files were created on. afterwards you
should block that user or advise the fbi about
the dimrod and the email.

Do a search for files created on a particular day. Look at them before
deleting..
