Unwanted file display

When the Guest account on my computer is opened, the file C:\Documents and
Settings\Guest\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\desktop.ini is always displayed.
Is there any way I can stop this happening?

Walt,

Notepad Starts With "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\Shell32.dll,-21787" When You
Start Your Computer

Could someone explain how the desktop.ini files are losing the 'hidden'
attribute? I have not seen any real answer to this question out there.
