unwanted email attachments

when I send an email message from outlook it is attaching a whole series of
gifs. They are names image001.gif image002.gif etc. I cannot see them on
the outgoing email but they appear to the recipient. If I click on one of
the gifs I find that it is an image that has been used in MS Word.

I've tried everything I can to get rid of them but have no luck. It does
not matter which account I send them from I always get them all.

Hi

THanks for your time. The problem has now been resolved.

This is how you do it:-

Close your PC down completely.
Restart
Search for all .dot files and delete normal.dot, email.dot, email1.dot or
any which start with a squiggly!
Start Word
Close word
Start Outlook.
Hey presto they have gone!!

Thank you
