Unwanted Chinese text

My windows mail is duplicating text in Chinese. What is causing this and how
do I stop it.

Sounds bizarre. Please explain this behavior more specifically. Is this
within an email, such as there is a letter / word / line / paragraph of
English, then the same in Chinese - sent, received, both? Do you mean you
get duplicate emails, one English, one Chinese? Received, sent or both? Is
this happening as you compose new email? What shows up in the webmail for
the account(s)?

When I compose the mail it looks normal. However, when I send it, the text I
have written is still there, but a second set of text in Chinese is added
below. I am pretty sure it is a translation, although I cannot be sure as I
do not read the language.

I just saw another posting from last year that had the same problem. One of
the replies was to change the international settings to Eastern European.
However, mine is already set there and I am still having the problem.
