e-mail thru window mail

Lau Man Choy Thomas

I send e-mail in chinese thru window mail, but I found some words in my
e-mail missing and showing a ? mark instead of the word. What is the
problem? How can I fix it? Thanks.

Check Tools | Options | Send | International and also Tools | Options | Read | Fonts. Also, under View | Encoding you will see that you are using Chinese (Big5), so you will need to ensure you have that character set installed. You can get the proper ones via Windows Update.
