I just purchased a new laptop with Windows Vista Home. I used the Microsoft
tool to copy settings and files from my old computer. I have enough working
on the laptop that I don't need to use my old computer anymore.

I am using the Windows Mail program for email and it is set as the default
email program.

BUT, when I click on an email link on a webpage I get an error message of
"Cannot start Outlook". Wait a minute, I'm not using Outlook.

What do I do now?

Have you checked defaults?

Default Programs>Set Default Programs>Windows Mail
