not receiving mail on vista

i have purchased two vistas for a computer and laptop. i cannot receive
emails on both computers which brings me to a conclusion that the problem is
in the vista software . becasue it receives emails on windows xp outlook
express.

Do you mean:
a) neither computer receives any emails, or
b) emails received on one computer are not received on the other?

Any error message? Who is your mail provider?
