Unwanted browser windows

For weeks, have been unable to locate what is causing my browser to open
unwanted web sites. These sites are somewhat related to what I am opening.
For example when I open my bank web site, a mortgage site and/or a casino
advert pops up. These are not true pop ups, but rather windows that cannot be
closed from the task bar.jInstead, when I close the browser, these large
windows remain. They are difficult to close because the X is off the screen.

Have tried Adaware, spypot, MS antivirus, Norton, and several other sites.
The scans come up clean for spyware and virus. Anybody have any ideas. It
appears that something is embedded in Explorer that is watching what I am
opening and sending similar sites.

Anybody have any ideas? I have tried Hijack, am not versed enough to
interpret all of the results. There is one command service with an unknown
owner that looks suspicious, but I'm unsure.

Thanks for your thoughts
