unwanted AutoComplete prompt

I have turned off AutoComplete (by deselecting the
AutoComplete Settings' checkboxes for Web addresses,
Forms, and User names and passwords on forms).

I routinely delete/clear my cookies, temp internet files,
and history.

As a result, IE 6 regularly pops up an unwanted prompt
asking me to turn AutoComplete on. How do I prevent this
prompt?
