Auto-Complete for user IDs & passwords

Hi, I took the latest IE service pack download, and a user
ID and password that I used often disappeared from my
AutoComplete entries. It won't prompt me to save this as
a new AutoComplete entry. I have tried clearing
AutoComplete forms and passwords, but the program 'hangs'
every time. I have turned AutoComplete off and on, but it
doesn't help, the missing entry is still missing with no
prompt to save, and the other entries are still there, so
obviously clearing AutoComplete isn't clearing the entries
either.

Hi Shelley :)
Hi, I took the latest IE service pack download, and a user
ID and password that I used often disappeared from my
AutoComplete entries. It won't prompt me to save this as
a new AutoComplete entry. I have tried clearing

either.

With no programs open,
Run REGEDIT and make your way to this key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW]
Export that key (Registry> Export.) If you you wish to undo the change,
doubleclicking on that REG file will restore the original registry key.
Then delete the SPW key.
Restart the computer.

How to set Autocomplete for addresses in the Address Bar

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Click the Content tab. Click the button
that says Autocomplete. Check Web Addresses and all other items you want
used with Autocomplete. Click OK

On the General tab look for the section on History. Set the Day to keep
pages in history to how many days you want to keep pages in the History.
