Unusual Backup Problem in Windows XP

This is one bonehead stunt that only I could pull. Only sensitive responders
please. I am running Windows XP Media Center Edition on a Gateway DX420s with
an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor.

I was trying to backup my computer, with the built in backup tool onto a cd.
Yes, now I know it can't be done. However, it backed up just fine to my
D:drive ( which was my cd drive on my old ME computer, but now my system
restore.

Can you please help me get it outta dur.

Running msbackup to a hard-disk will result in a single file being created
containing the backup. All you need to do is burn this file to a CD (assuming
it's not too large) and then delete it.

If you're not sure what the filename is, run msbackup again (in inon-wizard
mode) and it will prompt to use the same filename again, in the dropdown for
selecting the destination at the bottom of the backup window. Cancel at this
point.
