Unstable Fonts in emails

Q

When I write and send emails the font increases in size on some lines of the
email.
I have copied the text to Word and checked formatting and the paragraph
returns show as 2 points larger than the main body text and a different font.

I compose my emails in HTML so my company information looks correct on sent
emails.

The problem is that recipients can read my emails and it reads like I'm
shouting some elements of the message.

Is it possible to delete the mail template and reset it as I think it may be
corrupt. Any other ideas anyone?

Hello,

One of our user is facing exactly the same issue. Working on a Windows 2K3
server with Exchange 2K3 and the client is Outlook 2K3.

It is an intermittent issue, some emails are OK, in others, the size of the
font and sometimes the font itself change on his own. It changes from Arial
to Times new Roman.

There is absolutely no pattern and the worst part is that is doesn't show on
the screen, it only shows when it is printed or when the email is received by
the recipient.

Any help will be greatly appreciated ! Have a great day !

I also have unstable font issues. I send out a weekly newsletter where I
copy and past from emails I receive. I will change the font to my default,
and it looks fine when I hit send, but when the other person receives it the
font is totally random. Sometimes its not the font from the original email I
copied from or the one I selected. I see that many other people are having
this issue and no one has posted any helpful suggestions, so I'm assuming its
something we must just live with at this point.

I am using Outlook 2007.
