unspec, error message, can't print

can anyone help me? i can't print anything lately, i get
an error message, something about "continue running
scripts...?" Code0, res://C:\WINDOWS\System32
\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg Need i say i have NO computer
knowledge, so please be as "untech" as possible. I click
yes or no, and it still won;t print..what happened? i can
be reaCHED AT (e-mail address removed) tHANKS!
