help w error message, pls.

suddenly, i'm getting an error message when trying to
print, (hp1115),. it reads;
....error in script...

res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
then i'm asked if i want to continue running scripts on
this page. no matter what i answer, i can't print.
i've rebooted repeatedly.
can anyone walk me thru this?
