unsent message error box

how can i remove unsent message - 550 invalid recipient - error code ox800ccc79
which has been deleted from sent message box but remains stuck when opening
windows mail and sending messages.

If there is a stuck message, open the Outbox folder and delete any messages
you see there. You may have to go 'offline' before it will let you delete.
