Unread email messages

When logging in to my account on XP home edition it says under my login name
that I have three unread mail messages from my hotmail, which I have
thoroughly deleted last night. For some reason my computer still thinks they
have not been read. Does anyone know how I can get rid of that "Rod has three
unread messages" message?

Download and install tweakui for xp. With that you can reset the unread
mail count or disable it.
