Unmountable_Boot_Volume

We had a 3 hour power outage today. After the lights returned all that we
get is the Blue Screen of Death:

Unmountable_Boot_Volume

STOP: 0x000000ED (0x823DF030,0xC000009C,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I have booted into Recovery Console, run chkdsk /p, chkdsk /r, fixboot) and
I still get the error message above.

When I try to boot in "any" Safe Mode, I still get the error message above.

Can anyone help?

Also you could try downloading a drive diagnostic utililty from the
drive manufacturer's web site. This creates a bootable floppy from
which the diagnostics can be run.
