UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME

hi, is there anyboddy who ,,,,,,,

there was a general power loss and the result is

reboot = unmountable boot volum
i get the beautiful BLUE screen
error code = *** STOP: 0x000000ED (0x83F95030,0xc0000006,0x00000000,0x00000000
ok MS tels me to boot from my CD (original cd windows xp pro dutch version
no way, cd in drive boot = press any key (but where is the any key :)) result pc reboot
option # 5077 = safe mode = no boot back to the BLUE screen
normal boot, last good,safe with net,safe etc... = BLUE screen
floppy boot = no boo
cd boot = no boo
changing cables = no boo

even no way to reformat drive

RECOVERY OK BUT HOW??? EVERY THING SAYS IN WINDOWS YOU MUST DO ...
BUT FIRST I LIKE TO GET IN TO IT

PLEASE IS THERE A SMART ONE OUT THERE ................................................
