Unlocking toolbars

I have IE 6 and can not unlock my toolbars. When I go to
toolbars to select what I want the list is shaded not the
dark bold print that you see when you want to select
something. How to I get into this so I my select which
toolbars I want. I am also unable to move may toolbars
that I have on screen.

If you're unable to right-click the tolbar and uncheck "Lock the toolbar" go
to http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/IEFAQ.htm >>> #32 Toolbars are locked

Then, find and remove the malware that locked the toolbar.
