Unlocking Toolbar -Button Disappeared

My toolbars in IEv6.0 are locked When I go to the
View>Toolbars column of the browser, there is no Unlock
Toolbar button and all of the Toolbars listed are in
light print and cannot be unchecked. Is there some way
to unblock this? I have tried to re-install IE but the
result stays the same.. Thanks for any suggestions

Your solution via Ad-aware worked perfectly to remove
Isearch and its blocking of my Toolbar buttons.
