Sure. The computer hardware should be in the same as before when your
aunt was using it. Boot using the Windows install CD, select to format
the partition, and install a fresh copy of Windows. If it is an upgrade
version, make sure you have the prior full version upon which the
upgrade is based. If installation media is not provided but instead the
recovery image is in a hidden partition on the hard drive (you never
bothered to mention WHAT computer you inherited), you'll have to read
the documentation that came with the computer to see how to restore that
"as-delivered" image into the partition, or call the tech support for
whatever brand of computer it was that you inherited.

If someone other than your aunt had an admin-level account on her
computer then you can ask them to give you an administrator-level
account or change your account, if you had one, to be in the
Administrator's group. You can also try using a password cracker but
you can do your own Google search for that.
