unknown trouble

I have lines popping up on my screen every second. they are about an inch
long and aquarter inch high. I ran virus scan and have no viruses. cananybody

What video card are you using and what monitor? This problem could be from a
plethora of issues, but most likely hardware related.

Try updating you video driver.
