Unknown process

I found a process in task manager called 'wump.exe'. It
lags the computer a lot, and when I ended it everything

Make sure you have updated virus software, and download Ad Aware
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) to search for spyware. I couldn't find anything
about wump.exe, but a lot of spyware and trojans let the creator specify any
name they want.

Good luck. I just searched www.37.com for "wump.exe" and
found zilch.

If that's what it is, and they didn't recognize it...someone else probably
installed it. It's remote access software. That's bad if someone else has
control of it.

I've never even seen/heard of it? But, looking at the
page worries me, "Now with this service we can connect to
your PC across the internet and see what you do..."
