Unknown message is shown when any action is done 2003 XP SP

I have installed the microsoft office 2003 and I had no problems using VB6
and msaccess as a database. When I installed SP2, an "Unknown" message is
shown every time I try to open a table or editing it. The message shown from
the msaccess is just Unknown, having no extra error description. When I
close the message, the msaccess is forced to close down by the system and a
report is then sent to microsoft. When I run my VB6 programs, I get the
Unknown error message and the following as well: Run-time error '-2147217900
(80040e14)': Unknown.
Every time the error "Unknown" is shown I try to open
another database again at the same time the report is being sent to
microsoft, another different error is shown having the following description:
Object Library Not Registered.

I have uninstalled the microsoft office and installed the office 2003 again,
but still showing the message.

Can anyone help me out please?

I have this same problem as well as several other people I know!

I have reinstalled etc to no avail as well as tried everything on this forum.

About time Microsoft got off their F***ing A***s and done something about
it!!!

I have loadsa work piling up from college because I can't do it coz of this.
