I am not a techie..... Need help. I do not know how to check low memory and
I have gigabytes of free disk space. I cannot delete items from my Microsoft
Email account. PLEASE HELP ME.

welcome to the club. I am having the same problem and I am trying to get
Microsoft to help us out. I will let you know what I find out

Try compacting the database. If that doesn't work then try repairing it.

Also disable any email scanning in your antivirus software. See
