Unknown Hard Error

I have an IBM PC here that threw me a strange error code (at least its one I
have not seen before), and I have been unable to find a definition for it
anywhere. The machine does a typical freeze/blue screen crash, memory dump,
then shows the error "Unknown_Hard_Error c000021a". Any idea what it is? The
error seemed to go away after I reseated everything.

Could it be "UNKNOWN_HARD_ERROR 0xc0000218" instead?

It might have been a memory module that needed reseating, or possibly a
problem with a hard disk controller cable.
