Unknown error.

Often at the end of the boot I get
this msg : "Explorer has caused an unknown error .Explorer will be closed"
(this is a my translation...I hope fine...). The icons on the desktop are
"refreshed" in a
second , afterward all work fine ,only some icons desappear in system tray.
Could you suggest me where I have to search for this problem ?
