Rundll32 error msg after boot....

I am getting a Rundll32 error msg after boot. When msg is
closed I get a "Explorer has caused an error in
<unknown>.Explorer will now close." I cannot access the
inter net via my dialup. explorer will not run. Anybody
know what this is and how to fix?

Make sure it's not caused by a parasite.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
