Unknown error messages upon bootup

When I boot up, I get two error messages, each in its own window, that I
can't identify. Each of the two is in a window that has a title bar
that is a circle with a red exlamation point in it, and the word
"Error." One message says "Initialization error," and the other says
"Line: 0 Pos: 0 XML document must have a top element." Each has an OK
button; I click them and it continues normally.

I have no idea if these are windows messages, or connected to a startup
program. Thoughts?

You may have some malware on your system. First update your Anti Virus or
get one if you are not currently running one. Sencondly it could just be a
corrupted file in a program that launches at start up. Look at your start up
applications and see if anything looks missing or has problems fully loading
when you start your PC. My guess would be some malware...
