Unknown device in Device Manager??

Hey

In the Device Manager I have an unknown devise
And all it sayes is:
Location -> on Intel(R) 82801DBM LPC Interface Controller - 24CC

What do that meen, and what can I do to help the problem

More than likely a missing mobo chipset driver.
