New install Unknown Device

After installing WinXP Pro on an Asus P5GDC-V board I've found an !? unknown
device which has properties of:

Device Type - Other Devices
Manufacturer - Unknown
Location - Intel 82801FB LPC interface controller 2640 Drivers for the
device are not installed (code 28)

I've got the latest Intel inf files installed and all other drivers from the
Asus site. In order to rule out any pci device that might be the cause, I
reinstalled XP with only the video card and hardisk attached to the board but
I still get the same unknown device. Not sure what else I can do to determine
which device is the causing the error.

Thanks, this board does have the 915 chipset but I've already installed the
latest Intel inf install utility for it. However, as I'm not using the
onboard graphics that comes with this board, I never bothered to install the
driver for this. Hmmm...I don't suppose that this is the unknown device, even
though its DISABLED in the bios?
