Unistalled XP, Now ME can't read Qdata files

Recently upgraded to XP, had some conflicts, backed up our data, (esp Quicken) unistalled xp, reinstalled Windows ME, Now the Quicken data saved under XP, will not read under ME, help, how can I get ME Quicken (2002) to recognize the QDATA saved under XP

You really need to call Intuit tech support about this. They can walk
you through what you need to do.
