Unistall programs

I was removing some conflicting programs yesterday, after the first was
removed, I now get a message saying that "Setup.exe has incountered a problem
and must close. sorry for the inconvience". I want to know if I can easily
repair the set. exe file.
 
this message appears when I go to the control panel and try to uninstall a
program, it appears when I attempt to remove any program.
