unistall problem

I uninstalled a program called movielink. I restored my computer to a earlier date after i did the uninstalation. Now when I start my computer there is a message that pops up saying i need to reinstall the program. What do I do?

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall from there.
If it is not listed in Add/Remove Programs, reinstall the application
then uninstall..
