uninterrupted cd tracks

i copied sgt. pepper to my pc to enjoy with media player. it has tracks that
run on from one to another. even though each track is unique with its own
number, it normally plays uninterrupted from one track to another. media
player cuts each track and there is a noticable, um, "cut" or pause between
each track.

is there a way to copy the cd as it would normally sound during playback on
a cd player, uninterrupted by "cuts" ?

this would really be bad with pink floyd "the wall". which reminds me, i
should do that one with the "battery visualizations" turned on, but i
digress...
