Uninstalling Windows Xp Pro

Hey ppl, this is my first post here so i hope i can get this question
answered. I have 2 HDs, C and G, I was running XP Pro on C, but i want
XP Home on G. I installed XP Home on G just fine but now i want to
uninstall XP Pro. Its not under the add/remove and it wont let me
format the drive, id appreciate any help, Thanks!

Hi

Was XP already installed when you purchased the PC? If so, there won't be
an entry in Add/Remove for it. If it was an upgrade from a previous version
of Windows, then you have had to save the uninstall files option, which you
are given during the upgrade. Again if you didn't chose the option to save
the uninstall files, then there will be no in Add/Remove programs.

How are you trying to format the hard disk/partition? Please see if the
