I installed WinXP and Win2K On the same partition. How to remove Win2K
with out affecting WinXP?

There really won't be a clean break. About the best you can do is remove the
Windows 2000 \winnt directory then remove the startup option from boot.ini

Installing OS's on the same partition really makes a mess of it.
