Uninstalling setup of xp over Me

I started an install of xp over Me and decided not to
continue. Now, when I boot Me, I am given a choice of xp
or me operating system. How do I remove the attempted
install of xp over me?

Help! Thanks!
 
When you are given the option of ME or XP try pressing F8 for
troubleshooting and see if there is an option to uninstall the attempted
update to XP.
