uninstalling problems

i have went to add and remove programs and deleted off McAffee from my
computer and when i go to download a different security system it says i
still have McAfee where could it be hiding on my computer
 
Best to contact McAfee through their chat line and request a cleaner tool for
that particular McAfee security software you removed. This will remove any
remaining remnants.
 
I have the same problem. I have removed McAfee products and have been in
touch with McAfee support and have used the cleanup tools and removed entries
for McAfee from the registry. However, I am still unable to install Norton
AntiVirus as it says that it cannot install until McAfee Security Suite 2005
is uninstalled. I have been trying to get this sorted for a week now.
Please help!
