uninstalling problem

When I go to uninstall a program I get a message box saying "Could not open
INSTALL>LOG FILES"

Try re-installing then uninstalling the program(s).

im having the same problem, im going nuts too. i get shellmanager may be
currupt or missing as an error message too. i dont know what to do?
