Uninstalling problem programs

I had a problem with Ulead DVD Movie Factory & I un-
installed the application (it is a suite with a number of
programs) via the Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs (I
am running Wndows XP Pro).

Two of these programs within the suite can not be removed
via Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs (I have try
several times). Is there a safe way of deleting these
permanently from Windows XP? Your help would be
appreciated.

You should check with Ulead tech support on this one. You may have
needed to uninstall in a certain order. If this is the case, then
reinstall the whole thing and uninstall properly. The Ulead people will
know.
