Uninstalling extra Win XP Pro

I havve 3 XP Pro programs and when windows is loading I
have to scroll to the midlle XP if not it will try to
start in one of the others. Well there's only one good
program fully installed one of the other's is only
installed half way the other is the original one but it
crashed so it dosen't have anything. I would like to know
how to take these programs out so I don't have to choose
one every. I also beleive I have a lot of duplicate files
how can I get rid of them? Can some one please advice?
