How do you uninstall a program manually? I have tried to
uninstall Kazaa thru Add/Remove but message appears
Uninstallshield(R)setup has encountered a problem and
needs to close?

Thanks for your help. I still have a bit of a problem. I
downloaded it by clicking open and expected it to just
appear on my desktop and go from there but instead I got
a series of files kazaa, commonname etc. I went into the
website for more help but there wasn't info on using the
tool. Do you know the next step once the kazaabegone is
actually downloaded? I would appreciate any help.

Cheers

Backup the registry first.
Extract all files to a folder and run the .exe file.
