Installshield Setup launcher error when unistalling Kazza

I get this message when trying to uninstall Kazaa 2.7.1 - Installshield (R)
Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.

This is the only direction that I get. Has anyone encountered and found a
solution for this problem please.

Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Try reinstalling the software on top of the existing files, then run
the uninstaller again.
