How do you manually uninstall a program? the one in
question is Kazaa. I tried but it comes up with the
message: "Uninstallshield(R)Setup has encountered a
problem and needs to close"? I have gone into the
programe files to have a look (c drive) but have got the
message that I may damage my computer when deleting.

While you're at it, remove other spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy
from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be
sure to update these programs before running them. It is best to run
antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode.
