uninstall

I am having a problem uninstalling DVD x copy express.
When I try to uninstall the program, the uninstall pop up
bow only stays on scree for a second, and then
disappears. Reinstalling the program did not solve the
problem. What can I try?

Try inserting the CD from which you installed the software.
Then the setup screen will appear and will give you the option of Repair or uninstall or add/remove specific components.
If this feature is not available then try the following steps.

the application was unable to uninstall itself because some uninstal information is missing.

Reinstall the application again as if you were doing a fresh install. This will restore the application to original settings and then try again to uninstall it.
