Uninstall windows updates

How do I uninstall Win XP updates installed from Microsoft.

They don't seem to be included in the "Add/Remove" programs section.

Check the top bar in Add or Remove Programs window. There should be a check
box to "Show updates". Once displayed you can remove them.
