uninstall terminal server

I want to uninstall Terminal server Application mode or change it to remote
administration mode.

It is installed on a domain controller with Microsoft Exchange, McAfee
Virusscan + GroupShield and Veritas Backup Exec.

If I try to remove it from "Add/Remove programs" is states that all the
software I installed after Terminal Server will not run any more...

Is this true?

If yes, how can I deactivate it without reinstalling the whole server?

There is a risk that your software won't work properly after you
uninstall Terminal Services, yes.
The cheap way out could be to only change the permissions on the
rdp-tcp connection and allow only administrators to use TS.
