I've installed a anti-virus prog but it seems to be conflicting with my
system, WinXp SP.2. When I interact with it's configuration module, it
crashes my system and when the system starts back up, I get an error stating
that the system has recovered from a fatal crash and that a device driver is
the cause. Doesn't specify which driver tho.

I'd like to uninstall this program but when I try, that also crashes my
system. Is there a way that I can manually delete this prog from my system?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Perry

Hi Perry

Which AV program are you talking about? Have you tried contacting that
program's web site for some help?

Panda AV. I asked about it a couple days ago and haven't gotten a response
back from them as yet.

Hi

Panda works here with SP2 without any problems. Try re-installing then
uninstalling if need be.

Hey Will,

When I try to uninstall it forces a reboot of the system as well. The
program will not allow me to reinstall the old version I have on cd over the
updated version that I now have from Panda website.
